Our Approach to Supporting Disengaged Youth
The BUSY School campuses are located in Brisbane City, Cleveland, Salisbury, Shailer Park, Southport, Coolangatta, Cairns, and Ipswich. The schools offer a highly supportive, personalised and inclusive environment, no fees, smaller classroom sizes, wellbeing support, access to vocational education and training, work experience and career pathway guidance.
The BUSY School covers all start-up costs for establishing a school campus and all the provisions to the student while they are with us, including equipment, uniforms, food, staffing, training, resources and facilities, so our families have no outlay. Our schools go above and beyond to offer additional learning, wellbeing, personal development and career services to support our students’ successes.
Demand for BUSY Schools: Why They’re Needed in Queensland
Demand for our current schools means they are now reaching capacity and the need for this support is not being met in other regions. There is opportunity for The BUSY School to do more.
